Dear colleagues,
It is our pleasure to inform you about the 6th International Interventional Oncology (RFA & MWA) Training Program at Juntendo University. RFA and MWA have become standard treatment modalities for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, their treatment outcomes and skills are significantly different among facilities. This program is organized to improve these circumstances and to disseminate skills and know-hows for RFA and MWA. Until today, we have held domestic training programs eleven times, and a total of 191 doctors participated in. We also have held international training programs five times, which were successfully completed with 71 participants in total. Some articles to introduce previous training programs are posted on our blog. For those who would like to participate in this program, please fill in the application form, the personal resume, and send them with a recommendation letter from your superior.
【Recommended participants】 Doctor who has experience in RFA or MWA as a main operator (this training program is designed for intermediate to senior experienced doctors).
【Number of availability】 Approximately 18 doctors (Minimum number of participants: 5 doctors)
【Date】 From March 12th (Tue) to 16th (Sat), 2019 5 days session with lectures, live demonstrations and case studies If you would like to extend your stay after the 5 days, please contact us beforehand. We are ready to accept you.

【Participation Fee】 60,000 JPY Note: The costs for accommodation, flight ticket, transportation expense, etc. are not included.
