Dear colleagues,
It is our pleasure to inform you about the 5th International Interventional Oncology (RFA & MWA) Training Program at Juntendo University Hospital. RFA and MWA treatments have become standard treatment modalities for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, their treatment outcomes and skills are different significantly among facilities. This program is organized to improve these circumstances and to disseminate skills and know-hows for RFA and MWA treatments. Until today, we have held domestic training programs ten times, and a total of 170 doctors participated in. We also have held international training programs four times, which were successfully completed with 49 participants in total. Some articles to introduce previous training programs are posted on our blog. For those who would like to participate in this program, please fill in the application form, the personal resume, and send them with a recommendation letter from your superior.
【Recommended participants】 Doctor who has experience in RFA or MWA operation as a main operator (this training program is designed for intermediate to senior experienced doctors).
【Number of availability】 Maximum 18 doctors (Minimum number of participants: 5 doctors)
【Date】 From August 21th (Tue) to 25th (Sat), 2018 5 days session with lectures, live demonstrations and case studies If you would like to extend your stay after the 5 days, please contact us beforehand. We are ready to accept you.
