2月21日（金）、3-day observershipを無事終了しました。
本日は午前10：30から前々日の治療4症例の治療前後の画像を比較し、遺残がないかどうか、追加治療が必要かどうかを評価しました。 その後、昼食をとりながら、参加者の施設のablation 困難例のケーススタディを行いました。シンガポールのChangi General HospitalのDavid LIM先生とHaiyuan SHI先生がablation困難症例を1例ずつ提示し、みんなでディスカッションを行い、さらに丸山先生が当施設の類似症例を提示しました。 午後はlive demonstrationで本日は3症例にラジオ波焼灼術(RFA)を実施しました。 その後、前日の治療症例3例の治療前後の画像を比較し、遺残がないかどうかを評価しました。 最後にIVO室で椎名教授から受講者にcertificateが手渡しされ、集合写真を撮影し、10例のlive demonstrationを中心としたプログラムは完了となりました。
The 3-day observership finished today, on February 21st (Fri).
The day started at 10:30 with Image assessment of the first days’ cases before & after IVO (RFA&MWA) treatment. During lunch, Dr.David LIM and Dr. Haiyuan SHI from Singapore presented 2 difficult-to-treat cases from their hospital. Then Dr. Maruyama from our department presented 2 similar cases treated by Prof. Shiina’s team and a discussion ensued. In the afternoon, 3 RFA cases were performed during live demonstrations. Then, Image assessment of the previous days’ cases before & after IVO (RFA&MWA) treatment was carried out. Finally, to conclude the program, Professor Shiina handed out their certificates of completion to the 4 participants and expressed a few closing remarks.
